I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of Volterra and close to all the sights we wanted to see. The rooms were spacious and had a balcony with a lovely view, plus the added bonus of a machine to make fresh orange juice. The service was top-notch, with room service available, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. However, the dining options were not as indulgent as I had hoped, but overall, a fantastic experience.
